Importance of giving early notification
As a policy holder, it is important for you to notify us, as soon as possible of any claim against you,
or you becoming aware of any circumstance that might reasonably be expected to give rise to a claim against you for malpractice.
(E.g. You received a complaint lodged against you from the respective Council / you have been sued.)
This is in order to:
1) Preserve your right to make a claim under your current policy at a later stage.
2) Understand the nature of claim and identify proper way to address the issue.
